#2 ~ How to Build a Home Business ~ Inside Out Mastery

So, we need to use this knowledge to our advantage.

T-BD-B-MAP-TMA-P-R-D
T = Thought (or an Idea)
BD = A Burning Desire (Mixed with Emotion)
B= Belief (In Yourself and that You Can Do It)
A MAP – My Action Plan (Broken down into actionable steps)
TMA = Take Massive Action (Do DAILY Income-Producing Activities, not “busy” work)
P = Persist UNTIL
R = You Get RESULTS
D= Duplicate (Teach others to do the same.)

In this series (#10), we will consider Napoleon Hill’s Proven Formula,
so we can dive deeper into each step that he lays out for us to follow.
But first:
“You Have To Have A TARGET In Order To HIT IT!”
Today as I write this, it is July, leaving us 6 months ’til the end of the year.
No matter when you read this, this information is timely.
Let’s set a financial goal and a time frame to achieve it…
We’re going to ‘reverse engineer’ to get to your goal.
Walk Backward to Success!
1. Decide how much you want to be making monthly (ASAP)
This will change as you hit your goals.. you’ll be readjusting this.
So for the FIRST goal, make it reasonable and attainable.
Don’t worry. You will be taking Baby Steps…
Learn to roll over, crawl, walk and THEN RUN!
2. Let’s make a goal of $3,000 a month by the end of the year.
(July-Dec = 6 months to reach it.)
3. Divide $3,000 by 30 days = $100/Day
4. In your business, how can you achieve that?
How many people do you need to join your business
or how much product do you have to move?
For example, if you make $100/month on each person,
you would need 30 people to make $3,000/month.
Divide 30 by 6 months and you need 5 new people a month.
5. Find that number and then set up a plan of action to take DAILY
to hit that number!
For example:
Perhaps your company/program has a presentation
and you know your numbers. . .
Let’s say 5 out of every 20 who view it sign up.
So now I know that I need to get 20 people to view the
presentation each month. That’s not hard to do! That’s only
having 5 people per week VIEW the presentation!
Now I also learned how to SCALE it up!
What if I got 10 people per week to VIEW the presentation?
My numbers would double and I’d get to my
$3,000/month goal in only 3 months instead of 6!
6. You probably also get paid on upsells and your team member’s results also.
7. Teach your team members how to do what you’re doing,
and your numbers will increase exponentially!
That’s Leveraging your time and Duplicating your efforts!
(Caution! Do not DEPEND on OTHERS to get you to your goal.
View ANYTHING others do, as the Gravy… extra.
You are ONLY in CHARGE of your OWN RESULTS!
Okay, now that you know how much you need to do DAILY,
let’s set up your goal to reach reach it.
Now here’s the part that gets interesting!
This is The Secret Sauce and is the reason why 95% fail, in my opinion. You can have everything right, know all the marketing tactics, methods, strategies, know communication skills, qualifying, inviting, following up, closing, and getting people started correctly….
And NONE of that will matter – without what I’m about to share next.
Here’s a UNIVERSAL LAW:
“What you think about, you bring about.”
This is so important… you might want to post it in front of your computer.
Here’s what I want you to do.. ALL the TOP Earners do this in order to achieve their goals and the LIFESTYLE they want.
1. VISUALIZE getting XX NEW members a week.
BELIEVE you WILL get them. YOUR SUBCONSCIENCE MIND WILL HELP YOU DO IT.
VISUALIZE their names in your team list in the back office… growing.
Every payday, PICTURE the money coming in from your NEW Team Members.
2. Create your Action Plan.
Break down your DAILY Activities to get XX NEW members a week.
The PROPER income-producing activities…
(not just busy work that gets you nowhere.)
How many people per day do you need to talk to?
How many people per day do you need to see the presentation?
Your team will start duplicating what you teach them to do!
3. DAILY, CONSISTENT ACTION IS NEEDED.
Stick to it! Stay Focused.
It’s about “HEART-CENTERED LEADERSHIP”
TIP: It’s not about getting your LINKS out there!
TIP: It’s not about making money!

If you talk to 10 people a day, that’s 70 people a week!
Do you think (BELIEVE) that 2-3 out of 70 people would join your team?
Your numbers may be a LOT higher than that!
How would your business look?
4. Sort and Sift for ACTION TAKERS and LEADERS (not deadwood)
and show THEM how to do the same thing you’re doing.
Your team will EXPLODE EXPONENTIALLY!

“DAILY, CONSISTENT ACTIONS, compound over time,
bringing you the Desired RESULTS.”
If you SEE IT,
BELIEVE it, and
Take Action DAILY,
