Sponsoring Secrets You Need to Know

Did you ever go to a Company Event and watch a Leader get on stage who starts to relate his “rags to riches” story… and says something like: “I sponsored the first forty people I talked to”?

Everyone in the audience is trying to figure out what the Heck did he SAY to them? What were the ‘Magic Words’ he used?

Because they think that the script is what did it.

He had influence.
He had authority.
He had respect.
He had rapport.

If you were to take his scripts and go to your warm market, and you attempt to do what he just taught you, but you don’t have respect, you don’t have rapport, you’re not looked up to, you’re not an influencer, you don’t have authority, it isn’t going to work.

This is what you have to understand.

To be a good sponsor with your warm market, FIRST, you have to recognize where you are. If you don’t have respect, authority, credibility, rapport, influence, that’s okay. You can still sponsor warm market.

You just need to build some skills, craft your story, create your unique selling proposition, and gain the Confidence to go out and share it with others.
